Canal and city tour $99

The tour begins with a panoramic city tour through the old town, where you will enjoy the combination of old and modern architecture combined. This will be followed with a trip to the Panama Canal, where you can observe this marvelous display of modern engineering. You will have the chance to buy traditional souvenirs and enjoy the cosmopolitan atmosphere of this wonderful city.

Trip through the city $59

Depart from the hotel to visit “Panama La Vieja”, the first city to be founded on the shores of the Pacific Ocean, where you will be able to enjoy the beauty of these ruins. The journey continues through the banking district, Paitilla, and right through Balboa Avenue to the colonial sector. The area of San Felipe is where you will find Independence Plaza and the Metropolitan Cathedral, both of great historical value. We continue the trip with a visit to “Las Bovedas”, a beautiful rustic-style restaurant. Here you will also see the France Plaza, with a perfect Canal view. Last but not least, you will visit the National Theater before being transported to your hotel.

Canal Tour $69

We will start the trip with a visit to the Miraflores Locks, where you will be able to appreciate at first hand this engineering work of art. There will be lots of time to buy souvenirs or visit the Canal museum. This is followed with a visit to the Balboa docks. Next up is the Canal Administration building and the Gorgas Hospital. To finish it all off we will cross the bridge of Las Americas through Amador.

City + Lunch + Canal $59

Shopping in the Free Zone $69

Canal Museum + “Mi Pueblito” $89

Visit the new Canal museum, located in the Colonial sector of the city where you Hill have the opportunity to discover and appreciate the most important aspects of the history of the construction of the Panama Canal. Visit “Mi Pueblito”, where you can appreciate the replicas of a town in the interior of the country, with all its cultural aspects, the “Pueblo Afro-Antillano”, in honor of all the colored citizens originated from Africa and the Caribbean that participated in the construction of the Canal, who later became part of the history of Panama and its culture. And finally the “Pueblo Indígena”, where you can learn all about the way of life of the aborigines: Kunas, Emberas, and Guaymíes.

Portobelo and Lunch $149

You will be transported from Panama to the Soberania National Park, which we will trek through to learn about the Cruces Road, which was used by the Spaniards on the way to Portobelo. You will visit the Madden Dam, a very important piece of machinery which regulates the amount of water which is used in the Canal. Then we will visit Portobelo, a small town founded on the XVII century, which was the main port for shipping the products originated in Peru and other colonies to Spain. This port was protected by 5 forts that nowadays can be appreciated. We will enjoy lunch at a typical Panamanian restaurant and later return to the hotel.

Panamanian Night $89

You will be transported from your hotel at 20:15 towards “Las Tinajas” restaurant, where you will have the chance to see a traditional folkloric show, including a welcome cocktail, traditional snacks and dinner.

Taboga Day Trip $59

Located at an hour in boat from Panama City you will find Taboga Island, know as the “Island of Flowers”. Here you will be able to enjoy all the facilities of the Taboga Hotel such as the swimming pool, changing rooms and lunch.

Barro Colorado $159

Explore the interior of the rivers, canals, lakes and tropical rainforest that are part of the Panama Canal by traveling through the Gatun Lake, one of the largest artificial lakes of the world. We will also be trekking through the tropical forests of the “Monumento National de Barro Colorado”. One of the most complex ecosystems, rich in biodiversity, and one of the most researched of the world. It has over 560 different species of birds, 125 types of reptiles and amphibians, 159 mammals, and over 1400 plant types and tropical trees which contribute to the delicate ecosystem of abundant rainfall that allows the Panama Canal to function properly. In Barro Colorado you will find the laboratories of the Smithsonian Institute of Tropical Studies, which has generated more than 15,000 publications in 66 years of existence.

Panama Canal Transit $129

You will be transported from your hotel at 06:45 to Dock 18 in Balboa where you will board a boat that will complete the partial transit of the Miraflores Locks. This is a unique experience, where you will be able to learn all about the Canal and the way it works. Includes transportation, brunch aboard the boat, and a partial transit through the locks.

Eco Canal $189

We begin our trip with a visit to the Miraflores locks in the Pacific sector to appreciate the complexity of the locks in motion. We continue this journey through to Gamboa, where we will board a small boat that will take us through Lake Gatun, through the same area that all the boats crossing the Canal use. This will give you a more detailed idea of the beauty of this journey.

Complete Transit through the Canal $199

You will be transported from your hotel at 06:00 towards Dock 18 to start the complete transit towards the Miraflores Locks, Pedro Miguel Locks and Gatun. Breakfast, lunch, and refreshing drinks included.

Valle de Anton and lunch $89

Only one and a half hour by road lays this picturesque town with an excellent climate. It is surrounded by tropical rainforest with great diversity in flora and fauna. Breathtaking views of the Nispero Zoo, the “Chorro del Macho” cascade and the indigenous tribes. Lunch is included.

Valle Anton and Canopy Tour $149

Ascend to the highest part of the forest in the “Valle of Anton” where you will enjoy a ride of a over the rainforest canopy. You will depart at 7:00am towards Valle Anton. On arrival you will enjoy an hour-long trek through the rainforest with an experienced guide. After the trek the canopy adventure starts. After all the safety procedures have been applied you will cross the heights of the forest mobilizing itself between the glasses of the trees using pulleys that slide on steel cables. Expert guides attend the tourist in platforms installed in centennial trees that make part of this exciting trip through the different levels from the forests and in their reduction from earth.

Bird Watching $49

Panama is home to over 1000 different species of birds. For over 18 years The Audubon Society of Panama has the world record of seeing the highest amount of different birds in his yearly reunion of Christmas Birds Counts. Transportation leaves Panama at 6:30am and after 30 minutes we arrive at the Soberania National Park. This park is well known for its great variety in exotic birds. We return to the city at approximately 10:30 am.
